Remote Assistance

All Graf Synergy PC-controlled systems are programmed to connect to a network and this allows you to remotely perform various tasks such as machine diagnostics, the resolution of most problems and software updates.

For the connection GRAF Synergy uses TeamViewer, software used globally for screen sharing and machine control with super secure connection.
