Dynamic Connection Unit

Modular connection system adaptable to different types of profile, equipped with autonomously moving bowls that move each individual bar; this allows to optimize the spaces thanks to the constant flow to the screwing center as each bowl from which the dynamic unit is made, moves only when it is full.

Is configurable for the connection of machines both in U and Z position.


5 Reasons to choose the Dynamic Table

Double function of connection unit and buffer: Loading single pieces eliminates the empty spaces between one worked bar and the other making the machinery connected, but not dependent.

High Technology: An electronic device detects whether the metal reinforcement is to be inserted in the profile, signals its type and size and blocks its progress until it is inserted.

Possibility to connect several machines with unloading also in the opposite direction.

Configurable: Bowls, length and width of the table can vary depending on the necessity.

It improves the performance and efficiency of the production line: It is a real automated workstation.
