Environmental labelling of packaging D. Lgs n. 116/2020

From 2023, the mandatory environmental labelling of packaging and Graf Synergy has adapted to this obligation introduced by Legislative Decree 116 of 3 September 2020 implementing the European Union Directive 2018/851 on waste and the EU Directive 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste.

Legislative Decree no. 116 establishes the obligation for manufacturers to indicate the nature of packaging materials on all types of packaging (primary, secondary and tertiary) for identification and classification purposes, in accordance with Commission Decision 97/129/EC.
