Machine for breaking test Pvc Profiles

Machine designed to check the measurement of the pressure load bearable by the welded Pvc corners; it is necessary to test the tightness of the welds made in the manufacture of doors and windows.

Built with a solid carbon steel structure, the Test Pro Digital is an easy machine, operating with a certified load cell system and essential for all companies that produce Pvc windows.

Positioned the test profile, a piston operated by a hydraulic power unit presses on the welded corner at constant speed (standard 50 mm/min) until it breaks; once the sample has broken, the maximum pressure value in Kilograms or Newtons is measured

The progress of the breaking test and the load peak can be viewed via a graphic display and it is possible to save the test screen on USB memory.
