Horizontal trimming sawing machine designed to trim PVC window frames.

The work in progress rests on a large work surface covered with anti-friction and scratch-resistant strips which ensures ease of maneuvering and easy handling of the pieces.

The machine is equipped with a Ø 300 mm blade with electronic mouvement with controlled cutting axis; the blade reaches the operating position with pneumatic ascent while the positioning of the stop that defines the trimming thickness takes place by electronic movement with a controlled axis.

The rotation speed is variable by means of its electronic inverter which allows to obtain optimized cuts both in terms of execution time and in terms of finishing quality.

The workpiece is recognized by a barcode reader, the machine is in turn managed by a PC with dedicated software for simple and intuitive use.
