Multifunctioning Assembly Table

Multifunctional Table for the complete assembly of the perimeter hardware for Pvc, Wood-Aluminum and Aluminum frames.

Equipped with a solid steel structure complete with leveling feet and a large worktop with welded bars covered with anti-scratch material, the BFB 1000 S is the ideal solution to make assembly of the hardware faster and easier, the execution of the handle hole and hinge holes.

Complete with a special assembly system for reversing the stop (adjustable and excludable), it is equipped with a modern pneumatic locking system for the door and work tools (hinge holes, Cremonese cut and screwing) for work mounted on linear guides with sliding blocks high precision ball screw.

The measurement of the hardware cut is direct and the bench, thanks to its reinforced rotary stops, allows a pneumatic inclination of the table from 0° to -14°.
