Saw Machine for cutting Pvc glazing beads

Double saw machine with controlled axes for cutting PVC glazing beads.

Provided with a 45° fixed inclination mobile cutting trolley, is also equipped with a cutting set consisting of 2 main blades of Ø 200 mm and 2 secondary blades of Ø 98 mm suitable for trimming the ends of the fixing foot of the glazing bead.

Vertical adjustment of the workpiece stop is also possible.

The unit, built to simultaneously cut 2 pieces of the same length, is characterized by the presence of universal gripping counter-shapes with numerically controlled axes suitable for most types of glazing beads and 4 pneumatic vertical vices.
